All prices are quoted over the phone before service begins. The quoted price is the final price you will pay, with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

In some cases, the scope of work may change after an on-site assessment reveals conditions not visible during the initial phone consultation. If this happens, we will discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled by calling (704) 821-5512 or through our website contact form. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always work with you to find a new time.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the areas requiring service. Please ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and that fragile or valuable items are moved prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for items left in the work area.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. Please note that some stains may be permanent due to the nature of the stain or the condition of the fabric or carpet. We will always be upfront about what we can and cannot achieve.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, White Knight Steamer's liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that become apparent after cleaning. We carry full insurance for your protection.

We are not liable for color loss, shrinkage, or other damage caused by manufacturer defects, improper prior cleaning, or pre-existing conditions that were not apparent before service.
